Philosophy
A home is more than a place to live; it reflects how you spend your time, what you value, and how you want to live day to day. My role is to understand those priorities clearly and then build a strategy around them, whether you are buying, selling, or simply planning your next move.
I approach each transaction with the belief that strong outcomes come from preparation, honest communication, and thoughtful execution. No two homes, or clients, are the same. Every property has a story, and part of my job is uncovering what truly makes your home distinctive and positioning it accordingly. I see real estate not as one-off transactions, but as long-term relationships built on trust and results.
Experience & Education
Before real estate, my career as a PGA Professional took me to some of New England’s most respected private clubs, including The Club at New Seabury, Omni Mount Washington Resort, Wentworth by the Sea Country Club, and Abenaqui Country Club. That environment demanded precision, discretion, and the ability to perform under pressure, skills that translate directly to high-stakes real estate.
Working in golf also meant coaching individuals with different goals, personalities, and timelines. Clear communication, meeting strict deadlines, and problem-solving in real time were not optional; they were expected. Those same disciplines now guide how I advise clients through pricing, negotiations, inspections, and closing.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, which informs how I position homes, analyze market data, and create targeted marketing strategies designed to reach the right buyers, not just more buyers.
Community & Personal Life
I have lived in several New England communities, but the New Hampshire Seacoast has always felt like home. Today, my wife Kate and I live locally with our daughter, Isabel, and our dog, Theo. From early mornings on the golf course to time at the beach or in the mountains, this area shapes how our family lives, and how I understand the lifestyle my clients are buying into.
Being deeply connected to the Seacoast allows me to offer a perspective that goes beyond square footage and sales data. I understand the rhythm of these towns, the nuances of coastal living, and why people choose to stay here for decades. That local insight is something I bring to every client relationship.
